This is one of my favourite green smoothies. You can have it for breakfast or as a protein-rich snack. Enjoy!
Mango & Spinach Smoothie
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 1 cup water
- A handful of spinach
- ½ cup mango (chopped)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 5 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
