Finally something clicked!
Stressful dieting and punishing exercise had been increasing my cortisol levels, which had my body in scarcity and survival weight gain mode.
I needed to change my mindset. I needed to take care of my body from a place of love, gratitude and appreciation. I needed to stop punishing my body and start nourishing it. I needed to focus on improving my health. And most importantly, I needed to start having fun and enjoying the process of losing weight and getting healthier.
If more nutritionists and personal trainers talked about the emotions attached to our eating habits and the importance of having the right mindset to enjoy the process of weight loss, we wouldn’t have so many people struggling to lose weight and to get healthier.
Once I started focusing on taking care of my body, developed nourishing self-care habits and focused on having more fun, the weight started coming off. I realized that by having more fun, I was able to switch off the stress triggers that were causing my emotional eating. I was finally able to find a balanced way of eating and a lifestyle that enabled me to not only lose weight, but also become healthier, happier and more confident than ever.
I’ve been able to heal my relationship with food and with my body, and I’m ready to help you do the same.

I won’t give you a “one-size fits all” diet. I’ll work with you to help you figure out which exact foods are good for your body and I’ll help you introduce more of these foods into your daily meals. I’ll provide you with lots of quick and easy recipes that you’ll love because they’re delicious and satisfying (forget about boring salads). And no, you won’t have to give up chocolate.
We’ll work together to heal emotional issues that are affecting the way you eat and the way you treat your body. We’ll make sure your mindset and self-care habits are supporting your goals. We’ll look at ways to increase pleasure and fun in your life and decrease your stress levels, to switch off the stress triggers that are causing emotional eating. We’ll work on improving all aspects of your life that have an impact on your health and eating habits.

I’m currently offering three programs: one group coaching, one semi-private coaching and one private coaching. All programs last 5 weeks. Each week I’ll provide a handout and a workbook, and we’ll have a follow up call to discuss the main topics and issues you’re having.
The group coaching program consists of a weekly one-hour call with a group of women who are on a similar journey. I’ll provide guidance to the group and all of you will be able to share experiences and support each other.
The semi-private coaching program includes the weekly call as a group, plus an additional two 1:1 one-hour sessions with me to discuss any issues you need more help with, or you don’t feel comfortable sharing with the group.
The private coaching program consists of a weekly one-hour call with me, where we’ll discuss the week’s topics and any issues you’re facing with your eating habits and lifestyle.
