Maca is an adaptogenic root from the Andes mountains. It’s been consumed for thousands of years for energy and vitality as well as fertility and libido. It’s particularly beneficial for balancing hormonal levels and controlling the amount of estrogen in the body.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ½ banana
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder (preferably organic)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ½ tbsp cacao powder (unsweetened)
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
