Banana & Cinnamon Waffles
These waffles are super easy to make, gluten-free and healthy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron and add a tiny bit of coconut oil.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until almost smooth.
- Pour batter onto a waffle iron and allow waffles to cook for 5-7 minutes. Let them cook a little longer from when the waffle iron goes off, so the waffles get a little crispy.
- Continue with the rest of the batter. Depending on the size of the waffle iron, this recipe should make 4-5 waffles.
- Enjoy with your favourite toppings. My favourite ones are blueberries, walnuts & maple syrup.
