Overnight Oats & Chia Pudding with Mango
- ⅓ cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1½ cups plant-based milk (coconut and almond are great options)
- ½ cup mango (chopped)
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Place the oats, chia seeds and milk in a mason jar with a lid. Place it in the fridge to soak overnight.
- In the morning, serve mixture in a small bowl and top with chopped mango and coconut flakes.
