Hi! I’m Adriana, I’m passionate about health and wellness and I’m a certified Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. As a Nutrition Health Coach, I support people in making sustainable lifestyle changes in order to achieve their health and wellness goals.
I created this blog because I want to share with you everything I learned in nutrition school and a lot of other tips I have learned over the years, which have helped me transform my body and life.
A little bit more about me…
I’m 33 years old, originally from Bogota, Colombia but currently living and working in Dubai, UAE. I love food and have loved it for as long as I can remember. I try to eat healthy the majority of the time. However, I also enjoy bread, pasta, pizza, cheese and wine once in a while. Sometimes I enjoy them more often than I should, but I truly believe life is all about balance! And this belief is what has helped me and my clients sustain a healthy lifestyle for a long time.
My hobbies include cooking delicious food, eating lots of homemade meals and fine dining. You can really see I love food! Also, I enjoy different types of yoga and doing a variety of fitness classes to stay fit and healthy. Last but not least, I really enjoy traveling and I’ve had the opportunity to visit 57 countries so far.
