Beetroot hummus can be a great addition to salads, quinoa bowls, or avocado toast. It adds a great protein boost to your meal.

Ingredients

  • 150 gr classic hummus
  • 1 small raw beet (peeled and chopped)

  • Place the hummus and beet in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
