Ingredients

  • cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ½ banana
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder (preferably organic)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ½ tbsp cacao powder (unsweetened)
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
