Creamy Chimichurri Sauce
This sauce goes really well with either a piece of steak or your favourite steak salad. You'll love it!
Choose grass-fed beef as much as possible.

Ingredients

parsley
(roughly chopped)

coriander
(roughly chopped)

extra-virgin olive oil

red or white vinegar

cloves of garlic
(roughly chopped)

oregano

red chili
(roughly chopped)

tsp
salt
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor for about a minute. Ta-da. Enjoy!
Notes
The color of the sauce will vary depending on whether you use white or red vinegar.
