Overnight Oats & Chia Pudding with Mango
This recipe is easy to make and it's perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast on the go!
Chia seeds are high in fiber, protein and antioxidants.

Ingredients

gluten-free rolled oats

chia seeds

plant-based milk
(coconut and almond are great options)
Toppings
½
cup
mango
(chopped)

tbsp
coconut flakes
Instructions
Place the oats, chia seeds and milk in a mason jar with a lid. Place it in the fridge to soak overnight.
In the morning, serve mixture in a small bowl and top with chopped mango and coconut flakes.
