These waffles are super easy to make, gluten-free and healthy!

Ingredients
2cupsgluten-free rolled oats
2eggs
1cupunsweetened almond milk
1ripe banana
1tspvanilla extract
1tspcinnamon
1tspbaking powder
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron and add a tiny bit of coconut oil.
Blend all ingredients in a blender until almost smooth.
Pour batter onto a waffle iron and allow waffles to cook for 5-7 minutes. Let them cook a little longer from when the waffle iron goes off, so the waffles get a little crispy.
Continue with the rest of the batter. Depending on the size of the waffle iron, this recipe should make 4-5 waffles.
Enjoy with your favourite toppings. My favourite ones are blueberries, walnuts & maple syrup.
